  2. Hmm It seems there is a clear political motivation behind this list. Otherwise, I cannot understand how Spanish premier Mariano Rajoy can be in position nr 60. I would definitevely put him after Bashar al Assad… and probably also Kim Jong Un, if it is up to me.
