  1. 114. Nikola Gruevski, Prime Minister of ‘Macedonia’

There is no official recognized state by this name.
The country you want to mention is called FYROM (Former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia).
Macedonia is a region in Northern Greece. In the history, Macedonia has been the origin of Alexander the Great, the most famous Greek ever.

  2. Hmm It seems there is a clear political motivation behind this list. Otherwise, I cannot understand how Spanish premier Mariano Rajoy can be in position nr 60. I would definitevely put him after Bashar al Assad… and probably also Kim Jong Un, if it is up to me.
